Job Summary

The Data Analyst in Customer Support will be responsible for analyzing customer
data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making processes. This
role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and
the ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance
    indicators (KPIs) related to customer support.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries, complaints, and
    feedback.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to understand their data
    needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and present data-driven recommendations to improve customer
    support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Development and
    Marketing, to ensure a holistic approach to customer experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data validation and
    quality checks.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business
    reports.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance
    and data accuracy.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business
    Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,
    Power BI).
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise
    manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with customer support or CRM systems is a plus.
