Job Summary

This position will provide sales and technical support for all Water Quality LOB
projects at the corporate level. Collaborate with Corporate Sales and Regional
Operations to market and implement services. Provides project management and
engineering expertise. Collaborates with all teams to transition newly developed
technologies into the field. Completes analysis of project data and develops
submittals, reports, and related documents to support Sales, Operations and Water
Quality Line of Business.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Identify Customer needs and technical issues to help Sales to provide
    solutions.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations Teams in determining
    requirements for project work and completion requirements of projects.
  • Develop technical scopes, pricing and related submittals for successful sales
    and project delivery.
  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Provides technical consultation and project technical guidance
  • Coordinates with Operations to establish common methodology for
    deploying LOB Solutions in the field.
  • Completes data collection for development of case studies, technical
    presentations and publications.
  • Assist with the development of new products and services.
  • Assists in the training and development of sales reps on products and
    solutions offered.
  • Demonstrates the ability to hold a technical business conversation with
    proper decision makers.
  • Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses
    appropriately addressing client needs.
  • Assists with training in regional resources to deliver services.
  • Support R&D efforts for Service Offering Improvement and Enhancement
  • Technical presentations at conferences as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Strong organizational/planning skills/presentation skills
  • Minimum educational requirement of a bachelor’s degree preferably in a
    related technical field (civil, environmental, water quality)
  • 3 to 5 years in water and wastewater industry with experience in developing
    project technical scopes, pricing and project plans.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Office suite software expereince (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Enterprise resource planning software experience (e.g. Oracle)
  • Project management software experience (e.g. Microsoft Project/ Power BI)
