When I joined USG Water Solutions, I had no experience climbing tanks, I went through an on-site training program, but also learned from others in the company. Here, everyone is close knit because of the nature of the work. We have a good culture. I’m working with my team towards doing more things as a family because we spend so much time together. Having a diverse and inclusive work environment is important. By providing opportunities to a diverse group of applicants, USG gives everyone a fair chance at career development and the opportunity to move up.

In my previous career as a Utility Director, I was a customer of USG Water Solutions. I loved the professionalism and family atmosphere that USG employees seemed to embody. Now that I’m working at USG, I think the sky's the limit. We’ve got a great story to tell and great experience. We've been maintaining tanks since we were founded more than 60 years ago, and I make sure I tell people that. We were the first company to introduce asset management of tanks in 1985 and we have other lines of business that have been added over time. I’m proud to share my knowledge and experience with communities and new professionals in the business.
